We hope you are delighted with your LSA International glassware; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team or use our online portal to request a return authorization number and receive your digital return label.
Pack Your Glassware
Carefully repackage your items in their original LSA International gift boxes and place them inside a sturdy outer shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.
Ship the Package
Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
